Kudos to Oliver Wicks on my experience on ordering and receiving a sport coat. I am a first-time customer and couldn't be more pleased. I submitted the order on a Saturday night and Sunday morning received an email from Carissa asking me to double check a couple measurements. The measurements were confirmed, and the coat went into production on Monday. Shortly thereafter Carissa notified me that the quality team found a small snag on a sleeve the coat was being returned to production. A week later I had the shipping notice from DHL(on Friday) and I received the coat on Monday a day earlier than promised. The coat fits very well, the communication was great, and I will order more products.

I don't often review but I absolutely needed to for Oliver Wicks. The suit arrived super quick (way ahead of schedule) in perfect condition. Fabric quality is top-notch, fit was tailored exactly how I measured. Also, the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Coralis reached out immediately after I ordered with details and schedule, I was able to correspond with them through the whole thing and they were super responsive to any questions. I will definitely be ordering most if not all of my formal wardrobe through Oliver Wicks in the future.

Oliver Wicks has the best suits and customer support of any company on the market hands down. They helped me through the entire process and it is the best fitting suit. They took my measurements and it fit straight out of the box.

My suit received several positive remarks at my daughter's wedding. The ordering process was straight forward and easy (except for the measuring part which was a bit eye opening). Nevertheless, I am very happy with my classy, highest quality suit and my daughter was too! Thank you!

Excellent suits. I ordered two. The first suit was only slightly off, a little too long in the sleeves and pants. Even with those, it was one of the best fitting suits I have owned. With the credit for alterations, it was not a big deal at all. I sent them the corrections and the second suit came quickly and perfectly. Fabric is excellent, it feels very luxurious at a reasonable price. Shipping and ordering was easy and I appreciated the expertise that they showed in selecting custom suits. Overall, two great looking suits with little hassle and high satisfaction.

I received a beautiful well fitting custom made suit for a very reasonable price. Lots of customer support through fitting and shipping. Shipping to the USA was remarkably fast.

I am alway hesitant to write these reviews because of my concern about consistency, but I am now on my 3rd from Oliver Wicks. The sizing is perfect. The fabric and overall suit quality is definitely "as advertised". The customer care and quick response times on emails from Carissa is amazing! Since Oliver Wicks has been the best online company I have ever worked with, I only wish they had a little more fabric variety and clothing types available so I could quit shopping elsewhere :)

This is my second suit from Oliver wicks and I was able to dial in my measurements perfectly this time. The suit fits great and customer service is hands-down the best!
My only critique ,which is more of a request, would be to keep adding options for suit modifications. Add in hand stitch pin holes and curtain waists and I’ll buy all my

My suit arrived very quickly after being shipped and is PERFECT!

They have earned a loyal customer with an excellent product at a good price, but most importantly their “above and beyond” customer service.

I will order again soon, making it my third Oliver Wicks suit.
